A woman is a sensual being who likes to express her inner feelings on the outside as well. She likes to build her style and make a statement with it. There is nothing wrong with that this is the sole reason why the fashion industry is the most thriving in the world. That’s why it’s of no surprise that women spend a lot of time planning their wedding day. This is the day when a woman speaks her sacred vows and becomes one with her beloved.
Naturally, you want and deserve to feel special on your wedding day. That’s why I’d like to explore the legendary accessories that will forever be a symbol of the “white dress” with you.
Pearl Wedding Earrings
My favorite accessory for a wedding day is a pair of classic pearl earrings. Pearls, especially the white variety, are symbolic of purity, wisdom, wealth, and integrity. Big or small, hanging out or subtly sparkling from in-between you’re curled-up hair – pearl wedding earrings are simply timeless. They are beautiful and complementary to any bride, ever.
Perhaps you’re a woman who likes to keep her jewelry minimalist, no problem. One piece of jewelry is still a statement as strong as a full set of diamonds, gold, and silver. As long as you feel comfortable and what you’re wearing makes you feel special – the mission has been fulfilled.
And I’d like to share some intriguing astrological thoughts regarding the potential benefits of wearing Pearl Gemstone on you. According to astrologists, pearls are thought to improve self-confidence and generate positive energy. They are also known to be a perfect gift for a bride because they strengthen the relationship between husband and wife. Pearls are a symbol of wealth and are said to bring good luck and bring inner balance to a restless mind. From heirloom to faux, pearls come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and budgets.
Pearls are also extremely easy to incorporate with the rest of your jewelry, such as a golden ring or a silver necklace. Luckily, there are stunning options for everyone whether you’re looking for a simple accessory for the day or a coveted piece that’ll be passed down to the family for generations to come.
Lace Wedding Corset
Lace corsets are a spectacular result of everything sexy and classy, all at the same time. Forget about overthinking, decades have gone by and this piece of clothing has been standing strong against all fashion critics and time. Whether you want to have it made of lace, silk, linen, or even cotton, wearing a corset is not an everyday thing to wear but that’s why your wedding is the perfect occasion for you to show off your figure. And the right opportunity for you to feel marvelous under the lights on the dancefloor.
Faux Fur Coat
Thanks to the constant inventions and improvement of the fashion industry, you can’t tell a difference between faux or real animal fur at this point. And if you’re having the pleasure to be a bride in the beautiful romantic wintertime of the year, a fur coat is the coat for you. Elegant, sexy, and undeniably a head-turner. This is an absolutely legendary piece of clothing that you or an older member of your family might already have. Dust it off and rock it like it’s your wedding day because it is!
Sparkling Shawl Over Your Shoulders
And if your wedding is during the summertime and a fur coat is of no option for you, here comes the magic of another fashion accessory we can never get too much of – a shawl. You can pick one that is gentle, made of stiffened silk, rayon, or nylon net used chiefly for veils or wedding shawls. Or any other material that you like such as ostrich feathers (ethically sourced, of course!) for a glamorous Hollywood look or a dreamy chiffon shawl for the simple, classy bride. And sometimes a delicate beaded topper is all you need to add last-minute sparkle to your wedding day suit.
Bridal Hat as a Cherry on The Top
The bridal hat options are endless for those who feel like they have one last thing to pull the look together. This might be my second most favorite accessory next to pearl bridal earrings. Bohemian, Western, Victorian, Southern-inspired, and more are all designs worth considering. Factors like the style of your dress, your hairstyle, and even the location and setting of the event also influence your choice of hat. Pro tip: usually simpler, more casual dresses that have an open V on the front pair best with a classic, feminine fedora hat to complete that bold, chick look that you might want to rock!
Shoes, Shoes, Shoes!
Ah yes! Another one that can either make or break your bridal look. Take your time with this one and pick wisely. In your defense, the market is overflowing with thousands of different choices and in case you don’t even want to bother, there is one way you really can’t go wrong with the classic closed-toe, pure white, medium-sized heel bridal shoes. Of course, I’ve taken into consideration that you might not be a fan of heels of any sort, and in that case, I’d like to recommend ballet flats with a thin pearl chain on your ankles.
The Ceremony Accessories
Of course, this is your day, but let’s not forget about all of your loved ones who are now your special guests. And one way you can make sure everyone is having a good time is by planning out your ceremony and after-party in detail. Making sure everyone has what they need, but also setting an atmosphere that is fun, entertaining, and as romantic as everyone expected it to be. Once you’ve taken care of your bridal look, make a list of unique wedding ceremony accessories that will wow everyone at the party!
